Do you only sell finished curtains, or can I buy fabric by the roll?
You can absolutely buy fabric by the roll. We keep over 1,000 styles in ready stock — available from just 1 roll (approx. 65–75 metres per roll). Most of our customers are fabric wholesalers who buy by the roll. Finished curtains are a service we offer for project buyers who need ready-to-hang curtains — not our only product.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stocked fabrics: 1 roll (approx. 65–75 metres). For custom colours: 1,000 metres per colour. For custom weaves: 5,000–10,000 metres per design. For functional finishing: FR treatment from 1 roll, other functions from 10 rolls (you can mix patterns and colours within the same order). For custom embossed moulds: 20,000 metres.
How fast can you deliver?
For stocked fabrics: 1–3 days dispatch. For custom orders: 7–15 days. For finished curtains: 7 days dispatch. Shipping time depends on your location — we ship worldwide from our China factory.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer free fabric swatches for stocked fabrics. We also support showroom sampling — we can produce sample curtains for your model room without requiring a full roll MOQ. For custom designs, we produce a pre-production sample for your approval before bulk production begins. Sample dispatch is typically within 3–7 days.
Can you make finished curtains to our measurements?
Yes. Our Custom Curtains service takes any fabric from our collection and manufactures finished curtains to your exact measurements. We offer 5 heading styles: Pinch Pleat (Double & Triple), Grommet Top, S Fold (Wave), Rod Pocket, and Tab Top. Curtains are packaged by room, labelled for easy on-site handling. Please note: We are a manufacturer, not an installer. On-site measurement and installation should be arranged locally. What functional finishes can you apply to fabrics?
We offer industrial-grade flame retardant (NFPA 701), antibacterial, water-proof, stain-resistant, and fragrance finishes. Most treatments can be combined on the same fabric. Important exception: flame retardant and water-proof cannot be applied simultaneously on the same fabric. Our technical team will guide your selection. FR treatment starts from 1 roll. Other functions start from 10 rolls (mix patterns, mix colours).
Can you create custom patterns or designs?
Yes. Our Custom Pattern Studio offers four crafts: Embossed (350+ ready-made patterns, 1 roll MOQ), Printed (digital printing, PANTONE matched, 1 roll MOQ), Embroidered (sample-based, 5,000m per design MOQ), and Jacquard (woven-in, permanent, 5,000–10,000m per design MOQ). All crafts can be applied to any base fabric from our 1,000+ stocked styles.
What certifications do your fabrics have?
Our fabrics are certified to GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and OEKO-TEX standards — confirming responsible use of recycled materials and textile safety. For flame retardant fabrics, we offer NFPA 701 and BS 5867 Type 2 Part C (UK medical-grade) certified options. Our factory is SGS verified through onsite inspection.
