Create custom woven patterns directly into the fabric structure with our jacquard design service.
Unlike printed or embroidered designs, jacquard patterns are woven into the fabric itself — using coloured warp and weft yarns to create intricate,
permanent designs that will never fade, peel, or wash away. We support sample-based customisation:
send us your jacquard sample, and our weaving engineers analyse the pattern, yarn composition, and density to replicate it on our looms.
Suitable for luxury hotel curtains, high-end residential interiors, and signature commercial projects.
Minimum order: 5,000–10,000 metres per design, depending on pattern complexity and yarn requirements.
Select your yarn palette, share your sample, and we weave.
◊ Woven, Not Printed — Permanent by Nature
Jacquard patterns are created by interlacing coloured warp and weft yarns during the weaving process.
The design is part of the fabric structure — not applied on top. It will never fade, crack, peel, or wash away.
This is pattern that lasts the life of the fabric.

◊ Sample-Based Customisation — We Analyse, We Weave
Send us your jacquard sample. Our weaving engineers deconstruct the pattern — analysing yarn types, colours,
weave structure, and density. We then program our looms to replicate the design. What you send is what we weave.

◊ 5000–10000m MOQ — Tailored to Complexity
Our jacquard customisation requires a minimum of 5,000–10,000 metres per design, depending on pattern complexity and yarn requirements.
This range reflects the setup, programming, and yarn procurement involved. Simple repeating patterns start at 5,000m.
Complex multi-colour designs may require 10,000m.

◊ Rich Texture & Depth — The Jacquard Advantage
Jacquard weaving creates fabric with inherent texture and dimension that flat printing cannot replicate.
The interplay of different yarn types — matte, lustrous, thick, fine — adds tactile richness and visual depth. This is fabric with presence.

◊ Yarn Palette — Colour Woven In, Not Printed On
Work with our yarn colour archive to build your jacquard palette. Choose from hundreds of dyed yarn options.
The colours are in the fibres themselves — delivering superior colour fastness and a depth of tone that surface printing cannot achieve.
