A new Curtain Fabric that solves the oldest problem in blackout textiles: the tiny pinholes and light leaks that plague ordinary coated fabrics.
16956# uses TPU Lamination Artwork — a process that bonds a continuous TPU film layer into the fabric structure —
to deliver true 100% blackout with zero pinholes.
The design is intentionally double-sided. The face features a bold, rustic linen texture —
a chunky, tactile weave that brings natural warmth and visual weight to a window.
The reverse is a refined, light grey fine-linen texture: clean, understated, and perfectly composed for the exterior view.
Both surfaces are matte, which means no glare, no shine — just soft, diffused light on the face and a neat, muted appearance on the back.
At 232GSM, this Curtain Fabric is substantial enough to drape beautifully while remaining easy to handle and fabricate.
The TPU interlayer naturally blocks sound and insulates against heat, making rooms quieter and more thermally stable.
It is a Curtain Fabric for bedrooms that must be truly dark, for media rooms where zero light leakage is non-negotiable,
and for hotel suites where sleep quality defines the guest experience.
20 curated colors, 280CM Width ready stock. 1 roll MOQ per color (approx. 65M). Model: 16956#.
◊ TPU Lamination 100% Total Blackout — Zero Light, Zero Compromise
TPU lamination is not a coating. It is a thermally bonded film that becomes part of the fabric itself — flexible, durable, and permanent.
It delivers 100% blackout — not 90%, not 95%, but complete, absolute darkness. No pinholes, no light leaks, no “almost.”
For the hotel guest who needs to sleep at any hour, the shift worker who depends on total darkness during the day,
the home cinema owner who demands the perfect viewing environment, or the parent creating a dark,
calming sleep space for a light-sensitive child — this fabric delivers what it promises: zero light, every time.
And because it’s TPU laminated, not coated, it will never peel, crack, or degrade.
◊ Duo-Texture — Two Faces, Two Design Expressions
The 16956# offers two distinct textures in one fabric. The face is a coarse, textured linen weave — raw, organic, and full of natural character,
perfect for spaces that want warmth and authenticity. The reverse is a smooth, fine plain weave in light grey — refined, clean,
and quietly sophisticated, ideal for spaces that value restraint and simplicity. For the interior designer who wants flexibility —
a curtain that reads differently from inside and outside, or from room to room.
For the hotelier who wants guest rooms to feel textured and inviting, while corridors and public areas remain clean and refined.
For the homeowner who simply can’t decide between rustic and refined — this fabric gives you both.
One curtain. Two textures. Endless possibilities.
◊ 232GSM Triple-Layer Performance — Lightweight Enough to Drape, Heavy Enough to Perform
At 232 grams per square metre, the 16956# occupies a sweet spot that few blackout fabrics can claim —
substantial enough to deliver 100% light blockage, acoustic absorption, and thermal insulation, yet light enough to hang with a fluid, natural drape.
It doesn’t feel stiff or heavy like some laminated fabrics; it moves with the ease of a much lighter material.
For the architect who understands that fabric weight is the foundation of both performance and aesthetics,
the designer who refuses to compromise on either, or the homeowner who wants blackout performance without the “industrial” feel — this fabric delivers on every front.
◊ Acoustic & Thermal Insulation — Comfort Built In
The 232gsm density does more than block light — it absorbs ambient noise and regulates temperature.
Corridor chatter, traffic rumble, city hum — all softened by the fabric’s dense structure. Winter warmth stays in; summer heat stays out.
For the hotel manager aiming for quiet, comfortable guest rooms, the architect designing for a noisy urban site,
or the city-dweller who wants their home to feel like a sanctuary — this curtain delivers performance that makes a difference.
◊ Matte Finish + 20 Colours + 2.8m Width — The Details That Matter
The matte finish across both surfaces absorbs light rather than reflecting it — no glare, no shine, just quiet sophistication.
Available in 20 curated colours — from warm terracotta and olive green to cool slate grey and dusty blue, from creamy neutrals to deep,
moody tones. 2.8m ready-stock width covers standard windows and beyond. 1 roll (approx. 65-75m) MOQ, sample delivery in 3 days,
bulk in 7-15 days. For the designer on a tight deadline, the wholesale buyer who needs to restock quickly,
or the procurement manager who can’t afford delays — this fabric is ready when you are. Inspected three times before delivery.
